Each Tuesday night, over four weeks, you’ll be introduced to a theme and different instrument to guide you towards balance and harmony.
Listen and learn about how sound affects daily life and can support and nourish our systems.
Then you toddle off home to bed (you can even wear your jarmies to the sessions).
