Sound meditation is a beautiful way to relax and restore. Evening sound bath participants report having a jolly good slumber. Each week you’ll be introduced to a different sound healing instrument to guide you towards balance and harmony. All you need to do is lie back and listen.
Week 1 - 22 May: Singing Bowls (7-8pm)

Week 3 - 5 June: Drum Journey (7-8pm)
12 June: Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend (no class)
Week 4 - 19 June: Vocal Toning and Mantra (7-8pm)
Week 5 - 26 June: Sound Bath with the Lot (7-8:15pm)
