Gentle Yoga + Sound MEDITATION
Nourish yourself this winter with gentle movement, breath and sound healing. This four week series will support you to relax, release tension and come back into balance.
You don’t need experience, fancy yoga pants or to even know what sound healing is. But if you think you’d benefit from calming your mind and turning down the volume, then this class is designed for you.
Yoga and sound go together really well. If you struggle to meditate, listening to sound can be a beautiful gateway to relaxation. And this yoga style is not about looking the part. We’re interested in moving, connecting and feeling well.
Join Bec from Awaken Yoga Studio and Nat from Wander into Wildness on Sunday afternoons from mid-August.
The group class is small and personalised. We want you to feel welcome to come along and give it a go. Our regular attendees tell us they sleep a treat after a yoga + sound class. And that’s a great way to nourish yourself and maintain good health as we step into winter.
