sound bath meditation | DEEP REST
Most people have a jolly good sleep after experiencing a sound bath. If you find it hard to meditate or relax, sound can be a beautiful and surprising gateway.
Come along to relax, reset and restore. No experience necessary. We’ll start with some breath work and voice play to prepare your body. Then you just lie down, let go and be immersed in listening to sounds.
You will feel and hear sounds from singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
BYO yoga mat, water bottle, cushions and blanket (whatever you need to stay comfy).
