Join Wander into Wildness and the Foundation to Come Home for a day of guided rest. Rest Stop is a place for the potent pause; to stop doing and come back to being.
This is not a workshop. No ‘work’ will be asked of you.
It’s an invitation to rest with us a while; to nourish your nervous system and soothe your soul. Nat and Fran will guide you with sound healing, mindfulness, nature connection, gentle dance, nourishing lunch and morning and arvo teas. A simple program for complex times.
